Wij zoeken een B2B Support Manager die een team ondersteunt, processen bewaakt en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen. Je bent een echte organisator die overzicht bewaart, prioriteiten stelt en medewerkers motiveert om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.

Daarnaast ben je niet bang om operationeel mee te werken wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Bij piekmomenten ondersteun je het team actief en help je mee bij de verwerking van klantenvragen en supporttickets.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coachen, begeleiden en aansturen van het B2B supportteam.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse planning en taakverdeling.
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte samenwerking tussen verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van processen en werkmethodes.
  • Opvolgen van administratieve processen en rapporteringen.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en implementeren van verbeteracties.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, medewerkers en interne stakeholders.
  • Actief meewerken in de operationele werking en mee behandelen van supporttickets tijdens drukke periodes.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt reeds ervaring binnen een technisch-commerciële omgeving en weet technische vraagstukken op een klantgerichte manier te benaderen.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende, coördinerende of operationele supportfunctie.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager die medewerkers weet te coachen en motiveren.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en vlot met collega's en klanten.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede professionele kennis van Frans.
