Ben jij een ervaren mechanieker die storingen snel weet te analyseren en op te lossen? Werk je graag met machines en technische installaties en haal je voldoening uit het draaiende houden van een geautomatiseerde productieomgeving?

Voor een stabiele en technisch vooruitstrevende productieomgeving in de regio Zele zijn we op zoek naar een Ervaren Storingsmechanieker.

Jouw takenpakket

Als storingsmechanieker ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor de goede, veilige en efficiënte werking van het mechanische machinepark.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van mechanische machinestoringen
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief mechanisch onderhoud
  • Demonteren, herstellen, vervangen en monteren van mechanische onderdelen
  • Machines en installaties technisch controleren
  • Meewerken aan optimalisaties en technische verbeteringen
  • Ondersteunen bij nieuwe investeringen en technische projecten
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen aan machines en installaties
  • Technische problemen zelfstandig aanpakken en duurzame oplossingen zoeken
  • Beheren en correct gebruiken van technische documentatie
  • Mee instaan voor het beheer van technische onderdelen en materialen
  • Werken volgens de procedures rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu

Je werkt nauw samen met de andere techniekers en rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke van het mechanisch onderhoud.

We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en zelfstandige mechanieker met een sterke technische basis.

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als storingsmechanieker, onderhoudstechnieker of onderhoudsmechanieker
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van mechanica
  • Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en kan mechanische problemen analyseren
  • Een opleiding A2 (elektro-)mechanica is een pluspunt, maar gelijkwaardige ervaring komt zeker in aanmerking
  • Je bent sterk in storingzoeken en probleemoplossend denken
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en werkt graag praktisch
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een technisch team
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe technieken en opleidingen
  • Je kan vlot met een computer en technische software werken
  • Werken in 2 ploegen vormt geen probleem
  • Je bent fysiek in goede conditie en hebt geen hoogtevrees
