The posting

Als flexodrukker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt bedienen, instellen en onderhouden van de drukpersen. Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt en lost eventuele technische problemen snel en adequaat op.

Tot jouw gevarieerde takenpakket behoren onder andere:

  • Het bedienen van een flexodrukpers om drukwerkproducten te produceren volgens de planning en specificaties;
  • Het ombouwen van de drukmachine (zoals folieloop, sleeves, inkten, rakels, enz.) en het nauwkeurig afstellen van parameters (zoals snelheid, bedrukking en kleuren);
  • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles om de hoge standaard van het drukwerk te garanderen;
  • Het schoonmaken en onderhouden van de machines om een optimale werking te waarborgen;
  • Het melden en opvolgen van technische of kwaliteitsgerelateerde problemen;
  • Het naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften en werkprocedures om een veilige werkomgeving te garanderen;
  • Het correct verpakken en opslaan van bedrukte folierollen volgens de voorgeschreven procedures;
  • Het ondersteunen van collega’s door waar nodig bij te springen.
  • Bij voorkeur beschik je over een grafische opleiding, ervaring of scholing in drukprocessen. Motivatie om alles aan te leren is minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en hebt een probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met een computer en software.
  • Je leergierige en gedreven attitude maakt dat je een perfecte aanvulling bent voor onze onderneming.
