1、系统运维与优化： 1.负责MES（制造执行系统）的日常运维、监控、故障排查及性能优化，确保系统稳定运行。 2.制定系统升级、备份、容灾方案，保障生产数据的完整性和安全性。 3.主导MES与其他系统（如SAP、SCADA、设备自动化系统）的集成与数据交互。 2、项目管理与实施： 1.主导大型MES项目的规划、实施、验收及后期运维支持，协调跨部门资源确保项目按时交付。 2.针对芯片封装与测试工艺需求，优化MES功能模块（如生产调度、质量管理、设备管理）。 3、工艺与流程对接： 1.深入理解芯片封装与测试工艺流程（如SMT，Underfill ,CP/FT测试等），将业务需求转化为MES系统逻辑。 2.与工艺、生产团队紧密协作，通过MES系统实现工艺参数管控、异常报警及追溯功能。 4、客户数据交付： 1.对接欧美客户的数据交付需求，确保生产数据（如SPC、OEE、良率报表）符合客户规范及国际标准（如SEMI、ISO）。 2.熟悉数据合规性要求（如GDPR），设计数据加密、脱敏及传输方案。 5、团队协作与培训： 1.指导初级工程师，制定运维标准操作流程（SOP）。 2.为生产、质量部门提供MES系统操作培训及技术支持。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、自动化、电子信息工程或相关专业。 2、5年以上MES系统运维或实施经验，需主导过至少2个大型MES项目（半导体/电子制造行业优先）。 3、熟悉芯片封装与测试工艺流程，具备工艺参数与MES系统联调经验。 4、有对接欧美客户数据交付经验，熟悉其数据格式、合规性及交付流程。 5、精通主流MES系统的配置与开发。 6、熟悉SQL、Oracle等数据库管理，具备PL/SQL脚本编写能力。 7、掌握Python/Java/C#等编程语言，能开发自动化工具提升运维效率。 8、熟悉工业通信协议（OPC UA、SECS/GEM）及工业物联网（IIoT）技术。
