Yext is looking for an energetic, experienced and eager Supervisor, Workplace to oversee the operation of our Budapest workplace. You provide outstanding customer service and will support the daily management of the workplace, vendor relations and overall building maintenance. In this role, you have the strong ability to think on your feet, assigning an appropriate level of urgency to specific situations and working on projects independently. Reporting to the Director of Real estate and Workplace, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving a highly effective workplace, a critical asset for Yext. You will interface and create relationships between building and property management, services contractors, and other vendor/service providers who are responsible for maintenance and operation of the workplace. You’ll have visibility with all levels of our local teams and interface with our Workplace team around the world for global exposure, providing you with many exciting opportunities to make an impact.
What You'll Do
- Own efficient operation of workplace services including food and beverage programs including office supplies, janitorial, pest control, mail services etc.
- Handle front of house operations, providing concierge level of service to our employees and guests, ensuring security protocols are followed and coordinating with the building to ensure excellent guest services
- Provide workplace operational support including monitoring, tracking, executing and reporting support tickets
- Coordinate various administrative and office duties as needed, such as maintaining office equipment and stocking office supplies
- Support events onsite which may include managing room configurations, set up, and catering requirements
- Perform ongoing workplace inspections, conducting walkthroughs to ensure all building systems are operational (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, flooring, ceiling, roofing, fire systems, signs, pest control, energy management, landscaping, etc)
- Troubleshoot and evaluate maintenance requests, working with vendor partners to ensure building safety
- Follow site operations budget to ensure spend remains within allocated limits
- Manage space planning, seating map, user inventory, internal move-management, office relocation projects
- Maintain up to date team documents and workplace playbooks
- Ad hoc initiatives as required
What You Have
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Facilities or Hospitality
- Computer savvy, highly proficient in creating presentations, schedules, budgets and financial models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and Customer Service skills
- Adept with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and similar applications
- Technical aptitude and comfort with building systems and technical processes
- A highly reliable, detail-oriented, and resourceful team player
- Ability to balance priorities on multiple tasks and maintain workflow amidst interruptions
- Initiative to take on assignments with minimal supervision
