In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die End-to-End-Verantwortung für Fund Finance, Reporting und Controlling über mehrere Programme und Vehikel hinweg – darunter Dachfonds, Co-Investment Fonds und Managed Accounts in den Anlageklassen Private Equity, Infrastruktur und Private Debt. Sie stellen ein qualitativ hochwertiges, termingerechtes Investor-Reporting sicher und treiben die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Systemen aktiv voran.

Hierzu gehören insbesondere folgende Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Investorenreportings für institutionelle Kunden
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität, Konsistenz und Termintreue aller investorenrelevanten Reports über verschiedene Programme und Vehikel hinweg
  • Überwachung und Plausibilisierung von NAVs, Bewertungen und wesentlichen Fondskennzahlen sowie Analyse von Kapitalabrufen, Ausschüttungen und weiteren KapitalbewegungenKoordination und Bearbeitung von Investorenanfragen sowie professionelle Kommunikation mit Investoren und internen Stakeholdern
  • Erfassung, Pflege und Plausibilisierung von Finanz- und Investmentdaten in der Reporting-Datenbank mit besonderem Fokus auf Datenqualität, Konsistenz und Skalierbarkeit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Investmentteams sowie externen Dienstleistern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern bei Jahresabschlüssen, laufender Buchhaltung und weiteren Finanzberichten
  • Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen, Auswertungen und Plausibilisierungen zu Finanzkennzahlen, Kapitalbewegungen und Fondsstrukturen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Automatisierung der Fund Finance-Prozesse sowie Weiterentwicklung unter Einsatz neuer Technologien
  • Repräsentation von YIELCO als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Fund Finance-relevante Themen gegenüber Investoren und Partnern

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Controlling, Accounting oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Finanzwesen oder Fund Finance, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Private Markets Investments
  • Sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Word; Erfahrung mit Reporting-Systemen, Datenbanken oder Tools wie eFront von Vorteil
  • Hohe technische Affinität, erste Programmierungskenntnisse sowie Interesse daran, datenbasierte Prozesse und automatisierte Reporting-Lösungen weiterzuentwickeln und KI aktiv zur Prozessverbesserung einzusetzen
  • Analytisches Denken, strategischer Blick und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein professionelles, souveränes Auftreten
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und Freude an aktiver Prozessgestaltung
