1、全日制（统招）本科及以上学历； 2、熟练掌握Golang/Python其中至少一种语言，并具备程序性能调优经验； 3、熟练掌握多种数据库，包括但不限于：MySQL、ClickHouse、Redis、ElasticSearch等等，并有对应的高并发、性能调优经验； 4、熟练掌握至少一种消息中间件，包括但不限于：Kafka、RabbitMQ，并有对应的高并发、性能调优经验； 5、熟练掌握常用数据结构、算法，能根据业务问题设计高效的解决方案； 6、深入理解并熟练使用IO多路复用； 7、熟练阅读开源代码，并理解其实现原理。
