Die Kita ylaa Bruderholz in Basel bietet Kindern im Alter von drei Monaten bis zum zweiten Kindergarten eine pädagogisch optimale familien- und schulergänzende Betreuungsmöglichkeit. Die Betreuung findet bilingual (D/ E) an 2 Standorten statt. Sie gehört zur kidéal Gruppe, welche einen gesamtheitlichen Dienstleistungskatalog im Bereich Kinderbetreuung anbietet und in den Regionen Zürich, Aargau und Basel über 25 eigene Betriebe führt. In der Funktion Miterzieher/-in setzen Sie mit den Mitarbeitenden Ihrer Gruppe die kidéal-Philosophie um. Sie stellen gemeinsam mit dem Team das Wohlbefinden des Kindes in den Mittelpunkt und sorgen für eine altersspezifische Förderung und individuelle Begleitung. Dabei werden Sie von der Gruppenleitung begleitet und unterstützt.
