Erfaren restaurang- och barmedarbe­tare med extra ansvar sökes för heltidstjänst Arbetsplats: Stockholm Vi söker en engagerad, erfaren och serviceinriktad medarbetare till en restaurang- och barverksamhet i Stockholm. Vi söker dig som har gedigen erfarenhet från restaurang- och servicebranschen, är trygg i din yrkesroll och har ett genuint intresse för både mat, dryck och gästupplevelser. Rollen är varierande och innebär arbete inom såväl restaurang som bar, med möjlighet att ta ett utökat ansvar för den dagliga verksamheten. Arbetsuppgifter Ge gäster ett professionellt och personligt bemötande. Arbeta med servering av mat och dryck. Hantera beställningar och kassasystem. Arbeta i baren med tillredning och servering av olika drycker. Ha god kännedom om vin, öl, sprit och andra drycker. Bidra till ordning, struktur och ett effektivt arbetsflöde. Ta ansvar för att verksamheten fungerar smidigt under arbetspassen. Stötta och vägleda kollegor vid behov. Hantera utmaningar och fatta självständiga beslut i det dagliga arbetet.

Vi söker dig som Har flera års dokumenterad erfarenhet från restaurang- och/eller barverksamhet, gärna minst 3–5 år. Har goda kunskaper inom mat, dryck och service. Har erfarenhet av bararbete och dryckeshantering. Är självgående, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad. Är trygg i din yrkesroll och van att arbeta självständigt. Har god organisationsförmåga och ett professionellt förhållningssätt. Trivs med ett högt arbetstempo och kan behålla lugnet även under stressiga situationer. Har god samarbetsförmåga och bidrar till en positiv arbetsmiljö. Behärskar svenska i tal och har god kommunikationsförmåga.
