The posting

A Summer Unit Leader serves as a member of the Summer Camp Leadership Team and is responsible for mentoring and supporting a designated group of Camp Counselors while ensuring the safety, quality, and success of the camp program. Unit Leaders provide direct leadership, coaching, and guidance to staff, serving as the primary resource for counselors as they manage camper behavior, group dynamics, and daily camp operations.

In addition to staff support responsibilities, Unit Leaders oversee a designated program or activity area, ensuring activities are engaging, safe, organized, and aligned with camp goals and standards. They work collaboratively with camp leadership to create a positive camp culture, support camper development, and ensure high-quality experiences for our campers, families, and staff. Through strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, Unit Leaders help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where campers and staff can thrive.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
