Group Fitness Instructor (MOSSA Training Provided – No Experience Required) Location: YMCA Centre Branch – London, OntarioPay: $17.95/hour or Volunteer basedJob Type: Casual / Part-Time / VolunteerStart Date: TBD The YMCA of Southwestern Ontario is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Group Fitness Instructors at the Centre Branch in London. No experience required. If you are passionate about movement and helping others feel their best, we will provide free MOSSA instructor training and mentorship so you can confidently lead group fitness classes. Passion for fitness, movement, and healthy living
Positive, encouraging, and team-focused attitude
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Current First Aid and CPR (training will be provided if needed)

Schedule
Casual/coverage position to start
Approximately one shift per week (or four hours per month)
Shifts may include mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Opportunity to add more classes as the schedule grows
Responsibilities
Deliver safe, engaging group fitness classes following MOSSA training
Create a welcoming and motivating environment for members
Demonstrate exercises safely and effectively
Represent the YMCA as a positive ambassador and role model
