About the Job: As a Site Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight to a team that includes Family Case Managers, Mental Health Therapists, Youth Development Specialists, Community Site Coordinators, and Community Service Aides at a Montgomery County Public School. You will be responsible for ensuring quality program implementation, staff supervision, and compliance with organizational and contractual standards. What You Will Lead at the Y:
Provide on-site of school-based service delivery with direct service staff Represent the program at Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) and YMCA meetings Monitor and ensure contract compliance through documentation and performance in systems such as eICM, internal tracking platforms, and electronic health records Identify staff training needs and implement professional development plans Foster a positive, and goal-oriented team culture Coordinate with school partners to facilitate referrals, obtain consent, and orient families to services
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Minimum 1-3 years of experience supervising professional staff in a human services setting (only candidates with documented supervisory experience will be considered) Experience collaborating with schools and community-based organizations
