En Yo Selecciono buscamos Asesores/as de Seguros para una importante compañía multinacional del rubro financiero, con presencia global, para la Región Metropolitana.

Este rol será clave para asesorar a clientes y acompañarlos en la toma de decisiones financieras relevantes, generando relaciones de largo plazo.

¿Cuál será tu propósito?

Acompañar a clientes en la protección de su futuro, diseñando soluciones en seguros e inversiones, con un enfoque personalizado y consultivo.

Principales desafíos

Asesorar a clientes en seguros de vida, salud e inversiones.

Diseñar soluciones financieras según cada necesidad.

Construir relaciones de confianza a largo plazo.

Gestionar tu propia agenda comercial con autonomía.

Representar a la compañía con ética y profesionalismo.

¿Qué buscamos?

Habilidades comunicacionales y comerciales.

Experiencia en ventas (ideal en seguros o servicios financieros, no excluyente).

Formación en Administración, Finanzas, Economía o afines (no excluyente).

Alta motivación, resiliencia y orientación al logro.

Disposición a certificarse como Corredor de Seguros (apoyo de la compañía).

Buscamos personas con energía comercial, foco en el cliente y ganas de desarrollarse en una compañía internacional con proyección.

Base en Región Metropolitana.
