Your role

The best organic teas can only be as good as the people behind them.

To strengthen our team, we are offering the following permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) at Hamburg HQ, starting on January 1, 2027:

Art Director - Global Creative Team (m/f/x)

Your tasks

  • Building efficient and flawless internal processes with the Project Management team for an internal agency setup
  • Ensuring successful collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ensure a cohesive and consistent global brand identity across all consumer touchpoints in alignment with the Yogi brand positioning
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
  • Drive creative excellence through high-quality execution, efficient collaboration and strong creative standards across markets
  • Challenges the status quo, strives for new and exciting looks & executions, thinks out of the box, bringing technically feasible solutions to the table to keep the brand at the forefront of industry
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation and continuous improvement within the creative function
  • Develop compelling omni-channel storytelling approaches across relevant audiences

What we expect

  • Bachelor's degree or master’s degree Communication/Graphic or Media Design
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams and developing people within mid-to-large companies
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in creative leadership position, preferably within the CPG/FMCG industry
  • Preferably experience with natural food and beverage industry and omni-channel global brands
  • Production know-how
  • Resume in English
