Tus tareas

Importante empresa situada en El Raal (Murcia), dedicada a la producción y comercialización de fruta fresca, especializada en cítricos (naranjas, limones y mandarinas) y fruta de hueso, busca un/a Auxiliar de Calidad para realizar las siguientes funciones:

  • Control visual de calidad de la fruta en línea de producción y envasado.
  • Revisión de calibres, color, madurez y posibles defectos del producto.
  • Verificación del correcto etiquetado, envasado y trazabilidad de la fruta.
  • Registro de incidencias y apoyo en el cumplimentado de partes de control de calidad.
  • Apoyo en la supervisión del cumplimiento de normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
  • Colaboración con el equipo de producción para asegurar los estándares de calidad exigidos por el cliente.
  • Limpieza y mantenimiento de la zona de trabajo.

Jornada:

  • Jornada de 8 horas de lunes a viernes, con posibilidad de realizar horas extras.
  • El horario de almacén varía entre invierno y verano, en función del volumen de producción.
  • En temporada de invierno, el horario habitual es de 8:00h a 13:30h y de 15:30h a 18:00h.

Salario: 1.476€ brutos/mes (aprox. 1.380€ netos/mes). Contrato: Temporal 1 año (1 mes de prueba) + prórroga otro año + posibilidad de indefinido.

Tu perfil

Requisitos:

  • Imprescindible disponer de certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%, reconocido por IMAS (o organismo competente), al tratarse de un Centro Especial de Empleo.
  • Preferiblemente, residencia próxima al lugar de trabajo (El Raal, Murcia) para facilitar la disponibilidad y los desplazamientos.
  • Compromiso, puntualidad y responsabilidad en el cumplimiento de las tareas asignadas.
  • Actitud proactiva y orientación al detalle, especialmente en tareas de control de calidad.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva con el resto del personal de producción y calidad.
  • Agilidad, precisión y atención al detalle para asegurar el correcto flujo del proceso productivo.
  • Disposición para aprender y adaptarse a los procedimientos del área de calidad.
