  • Maintain records and reports related to international transfers and visa activity.
  • Lead SLA process for international / IRWA / Expat employees
  • Support ongoing expat tax related items

General Support

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to execute core HR programs such as performance management, calibration, salary planning, and engagement survey action planning.
  • Contribute to project-based initiatives that enhance employee attraction, development, and retention in collaboration with HRBPs and business leaders.
  • Provide guidance on routine employee relations and conflict resolution matters, escalating complex issues as appropriate.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
