Acteur reconnu dans le secteur de l'expertise après sinistres, nous accompagnons nos clients avec exigence, rigueur et engagement. Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Expert Sinistres RC Entreprise H/F pour renforcer notre équipe.

Votre mission

Au sein de notre équipe dédiée, vous intervenez sur des dossiers de Responsabilité Civile Entreprise pour le compte de nos clients.

Accompagné(e) par des experts expérimentés, vous développez progressivement votre maîtrise des mécanismes de responsabilité, de l'analyse des garanties et de l'évaluation des préjudices.

Vous évoluez sur des dossiers variés concernant des entreprises issues de secteurs d'activité divers : industrie, BTP, commerce, services, logistique ou encore collectivités.

Vos principales responsabilités

Expertise

  • Réaliser les investigations nécessaires afin de déterminer les causes et circonstances des sinistres.
  • Analyser les responsabilités engagées et les garanties mobilisables.
  • Évaluer les préjudices matériels, immatériels et financiers.
  • Mener les opérations d'expertise sur le terrain et lors des réunions contradictoires.
  • Formuler des conclusions techniques argumentées.
  • Rédiger des rapports d'expertise clairs, précis et exploitables par les mandants.
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers jusqu'à leur complète clôture.

Relation clients et développement

  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des assurés, compagnies d'assurance, courtiers, experts et avocats.
  • Garantir la qualité des échanges et le respect des délais de traitement.
  • Accompagner les clients avec pédagogie dans la compréhension des conclusions d'expertise.
  • Entretenir et développer des relations durables avec les mandants.
  • Contribuer au développement de l'activité sur votre secteur géographique.

Votre profil

Nous recherchons avant tout un potentiel et une appétence pour les dossiers techniques.

Vous êtes issu(e) de l'un des environnements suivants :

  • Expertise sinistres DAB Entreprises.
  • Gestion de sinistres entreprises au sein d'une compagnie ou d'un cabinet.
  • Ingénierie BTP, construction ou génie civil.

Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience dans la gestion ou l'expertise de sinistres.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour :

  • Votre capacité d'analyse.
  • Votre aisance rédactionnelle.
  • Votre curiosité technique.
  • Votre sens du service client.
  • Votre autonomie et votre rigueur.

  • Fourchette de la rémunération : entre 40.000€ et 50.000€ bruts annuels (selon profil)

  • Bureau de rattachement possible : Marseille, Toulon ou Avignon.
