The Role

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the practice and ensuring key actions are progressed.
  • Coordinate and drive working capital activity within the Aviation Claims team, working closely with Loss Adjusters and Finance to ensure billable time, WIP, billing and aged debt actions are progressed and completed in a timely manner.
  • Support budgeting and T&E management by coordinating inputs, driving approvals and helping ensure team spend remains in line with agreed budgets.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, brokers and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting client engagement, business development and marketing activity.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of client and broker events, conference and wider industry engagement activities.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

The skills you will have when you apply:

We are looking for someone who is confident, practical, commercially aware and highly organised.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Strong experience in business operations, business management or professional services.

Experience within insurance, claims, loss adjusting or broking would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
