Pour son bureau de Saint-Herblain (44), Sedgwick recherche un Téléconseiller (H/F) au Centre de Relation Client National en CDI.

Vous intégrez une équipe dynamique composée de collaborateurs aux différents parcours.

Votre manager, votre tuteur/formateur, vos futurs collègues, sont impatients de vous rencontrer.

A votre arrivée, vous serez accompagné et formé. Une période de formation complète est prévue lors de votre première semaine.

En tant que Conseiller Clientèle, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Traiter des appels téléphoniques entrants et sortants entre 50 à 70 appels/jour.
  • Selon la typologie de la demande Client et le process interne de gestion, être en capacité de :

- Répondre à la demande ou proposer une solution,

- Tracer l'appel dans les outils de gestion avec qualité,

- L'orienter vers le bon interlocuteur si besoin.

  • Intégrer de pièces aux dossiers sinistres.

Votre profil :

Titulaire d'un Bac minimum à Bac +2, vous possédez minimum 2 ans d’expérience en centres d'appels ou plateformes téléphoniques et vous avez envie de rejoindre un service de Relation Client à taille humaine (environ 30 personnes).

  • Vous avez le sens du contact, de la qualité de service, de la relation client et du travail en équipe.
  • Vos premières qualités sont la rigueur, l’empathie, le dynamisme, l’attitude positive, la curiosité et l'adaptabilité.
