Über die Rolle:

Bei Yoshi en & Edeneve übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserer Finanzbuchhaltung und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Accounting-Prozesse zuverlässig und effizient laufen. Gleichzeitig hast du die Möglichkeit, Prozesse und Systeme aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und die Digitalisierung unserer Finance-Strukturen voranzutreiben.

Was erwartet dich bei uns?

  • Eigenverantwortliche Pflege und Führung der Hauptbuchhaltung sowie Überprüfung der automatisch erstellten Ausgangsrechnungen im ERP-System (Odoo)
  • Federführende Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse und Mitwirkung am HGB-Jahresabschluss, inklusive fristgerechter und selbstständiger Durchführung aller Bilanzabstimmungen, Abgrenzungen sowie Rückstellungen
  • Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie fortlaufende Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit Finanzbehörden und externen Steuerberatern im In- und Ausland
  • Verantwortung für die wöchentlichen Zahlläufe und Cash-Management (Währungskauf etc.)
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für fachliche Fragestellungen im Tagesgeschäft, Durchführung regelmäßiger Buchungskontrollen und enge Zusammenarbeit in funktionsübergreifenden Teams
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung, Optimierung und Implementierung neuer interner Abläufe und Systemfunktionalitäten

Was du mitbringst

  • Abschluss einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung (z.B. als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder in der Bilanzbuchhaltung) oder eines relevanten Studiums sowie mindestens 3–5 Jahre berufliche Praxis im Accounting-Umfeld, vorzugsweise im E-Commerce
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB sowie vertrauter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Excel
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich D2C und Kenntnisse grenzüberschreitender Steuerthemen (z. B. UK, Schweiz, Polen) sind von Vorteil
  • Verständnis für die Besonderheiten des Online-Handels (wie Payment-Provider, Marktplätze oder Versandkostenstrukturen)
  • Strukturierte, proaktive und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einer analytischen Denkweise
  • Starke Begeisterung für die Automatisierung und Digitalisierung moderner Finanzprozesse
  • Kommunikationsstärke als kompetenter Sparringspartner für interne Schnittstellen
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau, verhandlungssicheres Englisch (C1) sowie Wohnsitz in Berlin oder Umgebung
