Jouw job als Floormanager:

  • Samen met de Storemanager houd jij de winkel dagelijks (liefst) druk en draaiende. Van voorraadbeheer van verfpotten (weliswaar niet je hoofdtaak) tot meest optimale werkverdeling van je medewerkers. Jouw takenpakket is veelzijdig, net als jij. Je wil nu eenmaal geen routineuze, saaie job, toch?
  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat je team straalt op de werkvloer. Je stuurt hen aan, motiveert je mensen met de glimlach en als het eens wat minder gaat kunnen ze bij jou aankloppen, heb jij dat luisterend oor, eventueel de schouder om op te huilen maar bovenal de gepaste diplomatie of durf je ook wel eens gewoon orde op zaken te stellen (moest dat nodig zijn).
  • Zoals iedereen zorg jij er mee voor dat de winkel er op en top uitziet en dat alle producten ordelijk gepresenteerd zijn. Bij bepaalde stunts of acties zorg je voor een vlot verloop.
  • Die klanten waar verkopers geen raad mee weten, weet jij toch verder te helpen en gerust te stellen. Je verliest niet gauw je geduld, zelfs niet bij (domme) vragen.
  • Je kan uiteraard lezen en schrijven dus sta je ook in voor wat basic administratief werk. Af en toe mag je dus wel eens op een stoel zitten met andere woorden.

Je hebt al een mooie ervaring in retail, je bent gemotiveerd en weet van aanpakken.
