Deine Mission

Für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung eines Kundenservice-Projekts für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Operations & Business Development Manager (m/w/d) für unser Office in Prag. Du gestaltest Prozesse von Grund auf, führst mehrere Team Leads und treibst die Weiterentwicklung unseres gesamten Operations Setups aktiv mit.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung skalierbarer Prozesse entlang der gesamten Customer Journey
  • Ganzheitliche Steuerung von Projekten – du bist zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden
  • Führung von Team Leads sowie fest angestellten und freiberuflichen Mitarbeitenden
  • Analyse relevanter KPIs und Ableitung operativer Entscheidungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Recruiting, Training, Quality und Tech
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der strategischen Weiterentwicklung unseres Operations Setups

Dein Skillset

  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Operations- oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit eigenständigem Aufbau von Strukturen oder Prozessen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Entscheidungsstärke, auch in dynamischen Situationen
  • Klare, verbindliche Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Erfahrung in der Führung remote arbeitender Teams

  • Aufbau und Stabilisierung der Team-Lead-Struktur für das Projekt
  • Definierte, dokumentierte Prozesse entlang der Customer Journey
  • Erreichen der vereinbarten KPI-Zielwerte (z. B. Kundenzufriedenheit, Effizienz)
