Om rollen inom kundtjänst

I kundtjänst arbetar du med att ge våra kunder snabb och proffsig hjälp. Du möter människor i olika situationer, via telefon, chatt, e-post och ibland personligen. Du bemöter alla kunder på ett respektfullt och lösningsorienterat sätt, och strävar alltid efter att leverera bästa möjliga kundupplevelse.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter inom kundservice

  • Svara på kunders frågor via telefon, e-post och chatt
  • Vägleda och informera kunder om våra tjänster och produkter
  • Registrera och följa upp kundärenden i systemet
  • Hantera bokningar, av- och ombokningar
  • Ge support kring betalningar och beställningar
  • Hantera reklamationer och lösa eventuella problem tillsammans med kund
  • Bidra till ständiga förbättringar av våra kundserviceprocesser
  • Samarbeta med andra avdelningar för att skapa en smidig kundresa

Kvalifikationer och egenskaper vi söker i kundtjänst

  • Du har god servicekänsla och tycker om att hjälpa andra
  • Du är flexibel, tålmodig och lösningsorienterad
  • Stark kommunikativ förmåga i svenska – muntligt och skriftligt; engelska är meriterande
  • Du kan arbeta självständigt och samarbeta i team
  • Du är positiv, initiativrik och ansvarstagande
  • Erfarenhet från kundtjänst, detaljhandel, reception eller liknande är meriterande, men inget krav
  • Du har grundläggande datakunskaper och lätt för att lära dig nya system
