The Young Automotive Group is Growing Again!

We are actively hiring a Part-Time Events Intern to join our team at Young Automotive Group. Interested in gaining hands-on experience in event execution? This is a great opportunity to build practical skills while working alongside our Events Team to support a variety of events throughout Northern Utah.

The ideal candidate brings strong organization, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. As an Events Intern, you'll assist our team with setup, takedown, communications, and more.

Schedule: Open/flexible availability, up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from event or hospitality courses
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Clear, friendly communication — comfortable interacting with guests, vendors, and store teams
  • Ability to work independently and stay on task without close supervision
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as events require
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed

Qualifications:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for events.
  • Open/Flexible availability, up to 40hrs per week
