We are actively hiring an experienced New Car Sales Manager. If you have a proven background in automotive sales leadership, a passion for driving results, and strong experience with import brands, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and advance your career with one of the region’s top automotive organizations. The ideal candidate will bring strong automotive management experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Import brand experience is highly preferred.

As New Car Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in leading sales operations, developing team performance, driving profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while helping continue the growth of one of our premier dealerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic group of Sales Professionals to reach their maximum potential
  • Live the core values of the Young Automotive Group
  • Provide an exceptional experience for our customers - every customer - every time
  • Commit to grow professionally and personally
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models
  • Manage an effective inventory turn for both new and used vehicles
  • Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership
  • Actively participate in effective training and development meetings
  • Maintaining customer experience scores

Qualifications:

  • Experience with purchasing and appraising used vehicles
  • A proven work ethic consistent with our culture
  • A proven history of success leading a team in the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated success as a trainer
  • A clean driving record
  • The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Knowledge of Tekion is a plus
