Are you an experienced technician with a passion for working on New Holland equipment? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, Young Truck and Trailers is looking for you to join our team as a New Holland Equipment Technician/Mechanic! As a New Holland Equipment Technician/Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining New Holland construction & agricultural equipment, including tractors, combines, and implements. From routine maintenance tasks to complex repairs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our customers'' equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose issues with hydraulic and/or electrical systems
  • Perform initial PDI inspections on equipment as it arrives from manufacturer
  • Basic maintenance on machines/equipment
  • Oil changes
  • Hydraulic services
  • Coolant flush
  • Replacing fuel filters
  • Welding and fabrication experience is a plus but not required
  • Previous equipment operation/repair experience a plus but not required

Qualifications

  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Keep a clean and orderly workspace
  • Be punctual and self-motivated
  • Valid driver''s license with a good driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines
