We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for processing vehicle titles accurately and efficiently, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and supporting the administrative operations of our dealerships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely work.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with other dealerships - DMV - and financial institutions
  • Performs title and vehicle audits on a regular basis
  • Fills in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management
  • Assists in monthly closings
  • Prepares tax and title documents
  • Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicle
  • Maintain multiple reports including Permit Logs - Titling Reports - Plating Reports - etc

Qualifications:

  • You must have a history of successful employment with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • A desire to learn and grow with a great company
  • A valid Driver’s License and good driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
