JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY:

We're seeking a Business Process Manager to lead the design, analysis, and continuous improvement of workflows across the organization. You'll be a hands-on process expert, equally comfortable with a BPMN diagram and in a room, aligning executives on a new way of working.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from opportunity identification through implementation and measurement of results. • Map current-state and future-state workflows using BPMN and other standard process modeling notations to create a shared understanding across teams. • Identify automation opportunities (RPA, workflow automation platforms, system integrations) and partner with IT/engineering to scope and implement solutions. • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and process discovery sessions with stakeholders at all levels, from front-line staff to senior leadership. • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, value stream mapping, root cause analysis) to diagnose inefficiencies and design data-driven solutions. • Partner with Finance to build business cases for process changes, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI projections, and risk assessment. • Develop and maintain a repository of standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and workflow governance standards. • Support change management efforts for new processes and systems, including stakeholder communication plans, training programs, and adoption tracking. • Define and monitor process KPIs and dashboards to track performance improvements over time and identify areas for ongoing optimization. • Manage multiple process improvement projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines, resources, and dependencies across teams.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Strong change management skills, with experience guiding teams through process and system transitions • Experience identifying and scoping automation opportunities, and familiarity with workflow automation or RPA tools • Strong analytical skills, including comfort working with process/performance data and building basic financial or ROI justifications. • Proficiency with process modelling tools

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • 4+ years of experience in business process management, process improvement, operations, or management consulting. • Demonstrated expertise in process mapping and modelling • Lean Six Sigma certification required; Black Belt strongly preferred (Green Belt candidates with strong project experience will also be considered). • Proven track record leading cross-functional process improvement projects with measurable business impact.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification • Experience in the logistics sector and/or in the US military is a plus. • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or workflow platforms is a plus. • PMP or other project management certification.

SUCCESS MEASURES / KEY OUTCOMES: • A portfolio of completed process improvement projects with quantifiable outcomes (cycle time reduction, cost savings, error rate reduction, capacity gains). • A well-maintained library of current-state and future-state process maps used by teams as a working reference. • Strong cross-functional relationships and a reputation as a trusted advisor on process and operational questions. • Successful, well-adopted rollouts of new processes and automation, with minimal disruption to business operations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
