The Young Automotive Group is growing again!

Our Young Powersports location in Missoula is looking for a Gear and Apparel Specialist. Are you passionate about Powersports and have an eye for style? Do you love helping people find the right gear to match their ride? Join our team and become the go-to expert for riding gear, branded apparel, and accessories! We are looking for someone excited about the industry and looking to grow with our team! This role is starting at $16.00 per hour + commission & bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain a clientele while meeting monthly sales goals
  • Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting riding apparel, helmets, gloves, and lifestyle gear
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and product knowledge from leading brands
  • Assist in merchandising, displays, and seasonal inventory changes
  • Set and maintain store standards for a welcoming and clean environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail, apparel, or powersports experience preferred
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
  • Passion for powersports gear and lifestyle (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency
