Het éénjarig IT traineeship combineert learning on the job en een uitgebreid opleidingsprogramma voor het ontwikkelen van hard- en soft skills. Samen met jouw mede-trainees en Talent Manager werk je aan jouw professionele en persoonlijke groei. We bieden je boeiende trainingen die passen bij jouw behoeften en ambities, plus sociale activiteiten met andere Young Colfielders. (wellicht maandelijkse YC sessie / vrijwillig)

Hoe ziet jouw traineeship/reis eruit?

Vanaf dag één werk je mee in een impactvolle IT-rol bij één van onze opdrachtgevers. Tegelijkertijd volg je een op maat gemaakt opleidingsprogramma, afgestemd op jouw ambities. Er ligt veel focus op wie jij bent als persoon en waar je naartoe wilt groeien. Jij kiest de track die het beste bij je past:

· Software Development traineeship Word expert in back-end, front-end of DevOps. Je leert een stevige basis in programmeren in o.a. Python en JavaScript, bouwt applicaties en werkt aan echte klantoplossingen. · Data Science traineeship Leer hoe je complexe data transformeert naar duidelijke, bruikbare inzichten. Je werkt met talen zoals Python en R, breid je kennis over SQL nog veel verder uit. En je gaat werken met tools zoals PowerBI of Tableau.

· Business IT traineeship Word de cruciale schakel die ervoor zorgt dat IT-oplossingen aansluiten bij de behoefte van de organisatie. Je breidt je kennis uit in methodieken zoals Scrum, Prince2 en ITIL en ontwikkelt skills als adviesvaardigheden en stakeholdermanagement.

Hoe ziet het sollicitatie proces er uit? 🔍

Na je kennismakingsgesprek bij Young Colfield, gaan we samen op zoek naar een mooie opdracht. Je krijgt begeleiding in sollicitatiegesprekken met potentiële opdrachtgevers en eerlijke feedback. Je leert meer over de rol en het team, zodat je een bewuste keuze kunt maken. Zo begin je vol vertrouwen aan een opdracht die écht bij jou past, zodat je impact kan maken als jezelf.

Wat breng jij mee? 🎓

• Een HBO- of WO-diploma in een technische richting.

• Een passie voor IT en leergierigheid.

• Interesse in persoonlijke ontwikkeling en de wil om eraan te werken.

• Je gaat uitdagingen niet uit de weg, bent daadkrachtig en reflectief.

• Je kunt goed in het Nederlands en Engels communiceren (minimaal niveau B2).
