Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a career where you can learn by doing? At Leppo Rents, we’re searching for those who are ready to roll up their sleeves, work with equipment, and grow into the next generation of skilled technicians.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform basic maintenance & repair on rental units such as oil changes, battery checks, and PM work
  • Move and prepare rental equipment so it’s “Rent Ready” - staging, loading, & unloading rental customers
  • Support the yard as needed - wash and inspect machines for issues or damage
  • Support the rental, parts, and service departments when needed

What You’ll Bring

  • A high school diploma or GED (trade/tech school a plus)
  • Someone who’s hands-on, mechanically curious, and eager to learn
  • A team player with integrity and a safety-first mindset
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
