About us:

Your Behavioral Health (YBH) is a private equity backed behavioral healthcare services company representing a well-renowned family of brands across Southern California, including Clear Behavioral Health, Neuro Wellness Spa, and New Life House. Through our family of brands, we provide the full continuum of care to their clients. Our approach is individualized, holistic, and evidence-based to give our clients the best possible chance at long-term recovery. We pride ourselves on providing an expert clinical team who are highly skilled in the latest in evidence-based treatments and therapies.

Position Summary:

The Digital Growth Lead is responsible for driving digital visibility, engagement, qualified inquiries, and admissions for an assigned business unit and brand. This position serves as the primary digital owner for either Clear Behavioral Health or Neuro Wellness Spa, managing the brand’s website, organic search presence, local listings, online directories, reputation programs, chatbot performance, and conversion optimization initiatives.

This role includes full ownership of the assigned brand’s website, with the primary goal of continuously optimizing the website and associated digital experiences to increase qualified organic inquiries and admissions.

The Digital Growth Lead combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. The role identifies growth opportunities, maintains an organized digital roadmap, coordinates internal and external resources, and ensures that website content, local profiles, directories, chatbot experiences, and conversion paths accurately represent the brand and support business objectives.

The position also contributes to paid search initiatives through business-unit expertise, keyword and competitor insights, landing-page recommendations, and quality assurance. Paid media budgets, bidding strategies, and overall campaign governance remain with the Marketing Director or designated paid media owner.

The key areas of responsibility include:

Brand Website Ownership and Organic Admissions Growth

  • Serve as primary owner of the assigned brand’s website, including content accuracy, user experience, organic search performance, conversion pathways, and ongoing optimization.
  • Maintain a prioritized website roadmap focused on increasing qualified organic inquiries and admissions.
  • Ensure content accurately reflects current locations, services, levels of care, insurance participation, providers, and business-unit priorities.
  • Coordinate website updates with internal stakeholders, developers, agencies, writers, and designers.
  • Maintain quality standards for content, links, forms, calls to action, tracking numbers, and conversion points.
  • Translate website performance into prioritized recommendations and action items.

Search Engine Optimization

  • Own organic search strategy and execution for the assigned brand.
  • Conduct keyword, competitor, content-gap, and search-trend research.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain location, service, insurance, community, provider, and priority-topic pages.
  • Coordinate blog and resource development, editing, optimization, images, and publishing.
  • Monitor technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, speed, structured data, internal linking, redirects, and duplicate content.
  • Coordinate correction of technical issues and monitor traditional and AI-supported search behavior.

Local SEO and Directory Management

  • Create, verify, optimize, and maintain Google Business Profiles.
  • Manage Apple Business Connect, Yelp, Bing Places, and other local listings.
  • Manage healthcare directories, including Psychology Today, Recovery.com, Zocdoc, and Healthgrades.
  • Maintain consistent name, address, phone, website, hours, and service information across listings.
  • Audit and correct duplicate, inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, suspended, or unverified listings.
  • Coordinate digital activation of new locations, including web pages, profiles, tracking numbers, photography, provider information, and submissions.
  • Track directory completeness, referral traffic, calls, website visits, and other performance indicators.

Reputation Management

  • Monitor online reviews and reputation trends.
  • Coordinate timely responses under company policies and approved standards.
  • Support review-generation and reputation-building programs.
  • Track review volume, ratings, response activity, themes, and trends.
  • Escalate operational concerns and identify credibility and visibility opportunities.

Chatbot Ownership and Conversion Optimization

  • Own chatbot content, accuracy, user experience, optimization roadmap, and conversion performance.
  • Keep chatbot information aligned with current services, locations, insurance participation, hours, eligibility, and admissions processes.
  • Review conversations and funnel performance for content gaps, friction, lead quality, and conversion opportunities.
  • Coordinate updates across Admissions, Clinical, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and technical resources.
  • Recommend improvements to forms, calls to action, landing pages, call tracking, navigation, and conversion paths.
  • Maintain a prioritized conversion optimization backlog.

Paid Search Collaboration

  • Contribute business-unit expertise to paid search planning and reviews.
  • Share organic trends, competitor activity, keyword opportunities, service priorities, and geographic insights.
  • Recommend landing-page improvements supporting organic and paid performance.
  • Review ads and landing pages for service, location, insurance, availability, messaging, and brand accuracy.
  • Support paid strategy without primary responsibility for budgets, bidding, platform administration, or agency governance unless assigned.

Analytics and Performance Reporting

  • Maintain a business-unit digital scorecard with the Marketing Director.
  • Monitor organic traffic, visibility, rankings, conversions, qualified inquiries, and admissions.
  • Track local profile views, clicks, calls, directions, directory referrals, and local rankings.
  • Monitor website and chatbot conversion performance.
  • Report trends, opportunities, risks, completed initiatives, and recommended actions.
  • Evaluate agencies, contractors, technology platforms, and directory investments.

Digital Growth Planning and Project Management

  • Maintain a backlog and calendar for website, SEO, directory, reputation, chatbot, and conversion work.
  • Translate business priorities, operational changes, launches, and market opportunities into projects.
  • Prioritize according to admissions impact, visibility, user experience, and accuracy.
  • Coordinate agencies, contractors, writers, developers, designers, and other resources.
  • Monitor deliverables for quality, timing, and alignment with business goals.
  • Identify scalable processes, automation opportunities, and tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Admissions to improve lead quality, conversion paths, chatbot experiences, and prospective-patient journeys.
  • Partner with Clinical and Operations to maintain accurate service, provider, location, eligibility, and availability information.
  • Partner with Compliance when digital content requires review or approval.
  • Communicate significant website, directory, reputation, and conversion issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for digital growth matters affecting the assigned business unit.

Other Duties

  • Perform other related duties as assigned based on business needs and evolving digital marketing priorities.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Three to five or more years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, local search, website management, content optimization, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or substantially contributing to a brand website.
  • Experience with Google Business Profile, multi-location listings, and WordPress or a comparable CMS.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, BrightLocal, or SurferSEO.
  • Experience with chatbot optimization, conversion rate optimization, website forms, or digital customer journeys preferred.
  • Working knowledge of paid search strategy, keyword research, landing-page alignment, and campaign metrics.
  • Healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-location service experience preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of organic, technical, content, and local SEO.
  • Strong website ownership and digital project-management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, writing, editing, and content-optimization skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to assess experiences from both search-performance and prospective-patient perspectives.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities independently while maintaining alignment with the Marketing Director.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
