  • Identify basic SEO issues and escalate more complex technical problems to the appropriate internal or external resource.
  • Perform routine SEO quality assurance following website updates and page launches.
  • Support implementation of redirects, canonical tags, indexing recommendations, schema markup, and other technical SEO updates when directed by the Digital Growth Lead.

  • Support development and optimization of service, condition, location, provider, blog, educational, and landing pages.
  • Review pages for broken links, outdated information, formatting issues, missing metadata, and other SEO or usability problems.
  • Assist with website audits and maintain organized issue lists through resolution.
  • Perform post-launch QA to ensure pages display, link, track, and index appropriately.

Local SEO

  • Maintain accurate business information across local search platforms.
  • Assist with optimization and ongoing maintenance of location profiles.
  • Monitor business name, address, phone number, hours, categories, services, links, and other information for accuracy.
  • Support new-location SEO launches and location-page updates.

Directory Management

  • Support the ongoing accuracy and optimization of business, facility, and provider listings across multple sites.
  • Update provider and location information.
  • Add new providers and locations and remove outdated information.
  • Monitor consistency across platforms and track outstanding corrections.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of active listings.

SEO Monitoring & Reporting

  • Assist with recurring SEO reporting using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
  • Monitor organic traffic, organic leads and conversions, keyword rankings, search impressions and clicks, local visibility, website health, and directory performance.
  • Identify unusual changes in traffic, rankings, indexing, or website performance and escalate them.
  • Maintain recurring SEO trackers, dashboards, and reports.
  • Help connect SEO performance to qualified inquiries and admissions.

Research & Competitive Monitoring

  • Conduct keyword, competitor, and search-results research.
  • Monitor how competitors appear across traditional and local search.
  • Identify content opportunities based on search behavior.
  • Research questions and topics prospective patients and families are searching for.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
