Wij, Future Solutions, zijn de enige in Vlaanderen die gespecialiseerd zijn in outsourcing van experts binnen Legal, Finance & Insurance.

Op 5 jaar tijd zijn we gegroeid naar ruim 50 ambassadeurs in the field die onze klanten elke dag ondersteunen.

Voor onze verdere groei zijn we op zoek naar een collega die graag de regio West en Oost-Vlaanderen voor zijn/haar rekening neemt vanuit ons kantoor in Waregem.

Je komt terecht in een jong team met goesting en passie voor de job.

We zijn met 4 collega’s en je wordt verantwoordelijk voor:

  • het zoeken en vinden van klanten binnen Legal, Finance & Insurance;
  • het coördineren en opvolgen van het volledige salesproces;
  • vlotte administratieve en operationele afhandeling van projectaanvragen;
  • uitwerken financiële voorstellen;
  • het begeleiden van jouw kandidaat tijdens de kennismakingsgesprekken bij de klant;
  • het verzorgen van voorstellingen samen met de collega’s bij verschillende bedrijven;
  • ondersteuning bij het organiseren van bedrijfsevents;
  • opvolging van jouw kandidaat en het volledige uitgezonden team.

De medewerker staat bij ons op de eerste plaats, je bent een klankbord bij problemen en biedt ondersteuning waar nodig. Je hebt de gave om mensen op hun gemak te stellen en aan te voelen. Kortom je fungeert als belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, ambassadeurs en het bedrijf.

Profiel

Je bent iemand met een goede mensenkennis en je beschikt over een positieve mindset.

Je hebt relevante ervaring in HR en rekrutering.

Met het oog op communicatie spreek en begrijp je zeer goed Nederlands, kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt.

Je kan vlot overweg met het Office-pakket.

Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.

Je bent flexibel in uren en bent bereid om af en toe je gesprekken ’s avonds te doen.

Je kan zelfstandig werken en beschikt over een gezond verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en geen schrik om prospectie uit te voeren.

Mensen zijn je passie.

Je toont engagement in alles wat je doet.
