The posting

Join a fast-paced, high-energy team for the 2026 season! We’re looking for reliable multitaskers to help us prep, cook, and serve up great food on the go.

The Details:

  • Season: May 1st – October 31st
  • Pay: $14.00 – $20.00/hr + Tips
  • Type: Part-time / Seasonal

What You’ll Do

  • Prep & Cook: Help the chef with ingredients and grill work.
  • Service: Take orders, expedite food, and keep the line moving.
  • Operations: Keep the truck clean (dishwashing included) and assist with setup/teardown.

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Reliability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Physical stamina (standing for long shifts and lifting heavy items).
  • 18+ years old (Required). 1 year of restaurant experience preferred, but we will train the right person!
