Das Unternehmen beschäftigt mehrere Dutzend Mitarbeitende und befindet sich in einer spannenden Phase der Weiterentwicklung. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als: Leiter:in Instandhaltung und Gebäude 100% (w/m/d) Ihre Aufgaben Strategische und operative Führung der Instandhaltung sowie des Gebäudemanagements Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Wartungs\-, Instandhaltungs\- und Modernisierungsmassnahmen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Normen und Arbeitssicherheitsbestimmungen Verantwortung für Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle im Bereich Instandhaltung und Facility Management Auswahl, Steuerung und Überwachung externer Dienstleister (z.B. Wartungsfirmen, Handwerker, Reinigungsdienste) Energiemanagement sowie Optimierung des Ressourceneinsatzes Dokumentation und Berichtwesen (z.B. Wartungspläne, Prüfberichte, Energieverbrauchsdaten etc.) Mitarbeit bei Bauprojekten und Standortentwicklungen Führung und Weiterentwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes technisches EFZ mit Weiterbildung Instandhaltungsfachmann /\-fachfrau, Instandhaltungsleiter (HFP) oder \-/Technikerausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der technischen Instandhaltung / im Gebäudemanagement, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung Kenntnisse in der Kunststoffverarbeitung oder im Recycling von Vorteil Gute Kenntnisse relevanter Vorschriften Erfahrung im Umgang mit Softwareanwendungen, wie z.B.
