Your Role

products. As an intermediate designer, you’ll be supported by Elodie, Senior Product Designer and your manager, and by the senior designers on the team as you grow into full autonomy.

Designing simple, intuitive interfaces within a squad

You’ll work daily with your squad’s Product Manager, alongside developers and Product Marketing, moving between discovery and delivery to reach the squad’s OKR objective. You’ll conduct user research, lead co-design workshops, and turn insights into pragmatic solutions that fit our design vision, the existing product, and operational constraints. Following our recent rebrand, this also means helping bring our new identity into the product for a consistent end-to-end experience. You’ll produce journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, using AI to explore and prototype faster, test them with users, and support developers through to release. After launch, you’ll support PMMs and Marketing on rollout and help track KPIs to measure impact.

Contributing to the design team

You’ll help improve our methods and product quality, contribute to the Design System, and share your expertise and industry insights with the team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery with your PM: frame problems against the squad's goals, choose the right methods, run user research and co-design workshops.
  • Design user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes that fit our design vision, our new brand and technical constraints.
  • Test your solutions with users before development.
  • Hand designs off to developers and follow them through to release.
  • Support launches with Product Marketing, then track KPIs and share the results.
  • Use AI to speed up your work while checking what it produces, and help design AI features that handle errors and let users correct them.
  • Help improve our Design System and its accessibility, and help structure how the design team works (Figma files, documentation, handoff).
  • Take part in Design Critics and Knowledge Sharing.
  • Share what you learn, including your AI workflows, and suggest better ways of working.

Your Profile

  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally on a SaaS product. Experience on an API product is a plus. Startup or large company, both are welcome.
  • You master Figma: components, auto layout, variables, interactive prototypes.
  • You have run user interviews and usability tests yourself, and you turn what you learn into design decisions.
  • You have used a design system and contributed components to one.
  • You know the basics of accessibility (WCAG) and want to go further.
  • You are interested in Design Ops: how a design team organises its files, documentation and tools.
  • You explain your design choices clearly, with user insights and data to back them.
  • You are curious about AI, you have tried it in your work, and you want to learn more. You also know when not to trust its output.
  • You ask for feedback and act on it. You take ownership of your projects and know when to ask for help.
  • You pay attention to details: edge cases, states, consistency, accessibility.
  • You speak fluent French (C2) and English at C1 level at least.
  • We will ask for your portfolio before the interviews.

Recruitment Process

  1. Call with Guillhem, Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min)
  2. Interview with Déborah Lévy-Bencheton, Hiring Manager (45 to 60 min)
  3. Case study with Elodie, Senior Product Designer, and Déborah Lévy-Bencheton (1 hour)
  4. Final conversation with Laure (30 min)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
