Wat een toffe uitdaging! Je zit daar als CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE M/V/X bij onze opdrachtgever in de regio Maastricht echt op een hotspot met internationale klanten. Wij zoeken iemand die niet alleen orders klopt, maar echt onderdeel wordt van interieuraccessoires die ze verkopen.

De Rol: Spil in de wereld van design ….Als CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE M/V/X bij onze opdrachtgever ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het succes van exclusieve labels. Je bent niet zomaar een ondersteuner; jij bent het 1e aanspreekpunt voor architecten en installateurs die wereldwijd werken aan de meest prestigieuze projecten.

WAT GA JIJ DOEN ?

  • Ambassadeur: Je adviseert over interieuraccessoires en begeleidt het volledige proces.
  • Multitasken tussen topmerken: Je zorgt dat de orders en vragen op rolletjes lopen.
  • Projectbegeleiding: Je denkt mee met architecten en installatiebedrijven. Je adviseert, maakt offertes en volgt projecten op de voet.
  • Order-to-Delivery: Je beheert de volledige orderadministratie in hun ERP systemen met uiterste precisie. Kwaliteit zit bij onze opdrachtgever immers in de details.

Functie eisen:

  • Opleiding: Je hebt een MBO+/HBO werk/denkniveau.
  • Ervaring: Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie(s) of in vergelijkbare bedrijven en/of branches.
  • Design-minded: Je hebt een natuurlijke affiniteit met hoogwaardig interieur en design. Daarnaast heb je ook technisch inzicht.
  • Commercieel & Proactief: Je ziet kansen, pakt de telefoon en denkt altijd drie stappen vooruit voor de klant.
  • Communicatief sterk: Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen Nederlands en Engels (gezien hun internationale karakter) en vindt het leuk om relaties op te bouwen met professionals.
  • Ondernemend: Je bloeit op in een omgeving met korte lijnen en een platte structuur waar eigen initiatief wordt toegejuicht.
  • Talen: Je hebt een goede kennis van de nederlandse en engelse taal in woord en schrift.
  • Woonlocatie: Je bent woonachtig in de regio Zuid Limburg.
