What you do

You think in GTM systems, business impact and team performance. Not rankings, citations or traffic. Everything else follows from that:

  • Lead and develop a team of strategists, content and ops specialists
  • Own the strategic quality of all accounts in your team, end to end
  • Run selected key accounts yourself and stay close to the work
  • Translate GTM understanding into organic strategies that drive pipeline
  • Coach your team to lead clients proactively instead of reacting
  • Steer capacity, prioritization and margins with 80/20 focus
  • Manage senior stakeholders and own the difficult conversations
  • Build scalable processes, standards and AI workflows
  • Hire, onboard and grow talent alongside the Head of Organic Growth
  • Push new ideas that move the discipline forward

You turn insights into clear recommendations and challenge clients, your team and leadership with better ideas, proactively.

Requirements

Requirements You understand organic growth deeply and you know what good actually looks like. You can lead a client conversation, a team meeting and a leadership discussion, and steer each one toward business impact.

  • Several years in SEO, organic growth or GTM advisory, ideally agency, SaaS or B2B
  • First experience leading people, with disciplinary or functional responsibility
  • A coaching mindset: you grow people instead of doing their work
  • GTM understanding and the instinct to think in pipeline and revenue
  • Strong senior stakeholder leadership and confident escalation handling
  • Solid grasp of capacity planning, utilization and account profitability
  • Structured, clear communication at strategic and operational level
  • Ruthless prioritization and 80/20 thinking
  • High AI literacy, applied actively in research, analysis and workflows
  • Excellent German and strong English writing skills
  • A growth mindset that refuses stagnation
