Willkommen bei YPOG

Im Bereich Tax wirst du als Rechtsanwält:in auf höchstem Niveau Teil einer jungen, unkonventionellen Law Firm. Du arbeitest im Team rund um Andreas Kortendick mit ausgewiesenen Expert:innen (u. a. Michael Wendt, Prof. Dr. Ulrich Prinz) auf ihrem jeweiligen Gebiet interdisziplinär zusammen und baust enge und langfristige Beziehungen mit spannenden Mandant:innen – und wirst so selbst zum/zur anerkannten Expert:in!

Dein Daily Business

  • Laufende steuerliche Beratung und projektbezogene Spezialberatung unserer Mandant:innen
  • Schwerpunkte: Einzelfragen des Unternehmenssteuerrechts, Internationalen Steuerrechts, der Besteuerung von Personengesellschaften sowie ihrer Gesellschafter
  • Deine Mandant:innen: mittelständische und große Unternehmen, Private Clients (HNWI), Family Offices, Wachstumsunternehmen sowie Venture Capital und Private Equity Fonds und deren Management sowie Investoren
  • Begleitung von Mandant:innen bei Betriebsprüfungen und in Steuerstreitverfahren
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeit und Möglichkeiten zur Gestaltung
  • Mitwirkung bei der strategischen Fortentwicklung der Steuerpraxis bei YPOG

Dein Weg zu uns

  • Du schätzt ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Teamfähigkeit und Arbeiten auf Augenhöhe einen sehr hohen Stellenwert haben.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und suchst die direkte und offene Zusammenarbeit mit Mandant:innen.
  • Du bist Berufseinsteiger:in oder hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung im steuerrechtlichen Bereich gesammelt.
  • Du hast deine Examina mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg abgeschlossen.
  • Du hast idealerweise Zusatzqualifikationen wie z. B. Promotion oder LL.M.
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis, Freude am kreativen Lösen juristischer Fragestellungen und am genauen Arbeiten.
  • Englisch gehört für Dich zum Arbeitsalltag dazu. Idealerweise konntest du Deine Englischkenntnisse im Ausland vertiefen.
  • Du probierst, genau so wie wir, gerne Neues aus: Tech ist für dich kein Fremdwort, sondern ein Werkzeug – ob Legal Tech, KI oder digitale Recherchetools. Deine Affinität oder Vorerfahrung in diesem Bereich ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Lass uns das gemeinsam weiterentwickeln.
