Im Rahmen unserer Digital Transformation bauen wir die Digitalisierung unserer Geschäfts- und Qualitätsprozesse weiter aus. In dieser Funktion überführst du papierbasierte Abläufe in digitale Lösungen, optimierst Workflows und verbindest bestehende Anwendungen miteinander. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Fachbereichen und der IT zusammen und setzt Lösungen selbstständig und pragmatisch um. Die Stelle ist mit einem Pensum von 60-80% zu besetzen.

Deine Hauptaufgaben ###

  • Analysieren bestehender Geschäfts- und Qualitätsprozesse sowie Identifizieren von Potenzialen für Digitalisierung und Automatisierung
  • Konzipieren, Konfigurieren und Umsetzen digitaler Workflows und Automatisierungslösungen
  • Integrieren und Verbinden von Unternehmensanwendungen wie TrackWise, SAP, Jira und Microsoft 365
  • Identifizieren und Umsetzen von Quick Wins zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Datenqualität und Benutzerfreundlichkeit
  • Vereinfachen von Abläufen und Reduzieren manueller Tätigkeiten sowie von Medienbrüchen durch pragmatische digitale Lösungen
  • Aufnehmen und Konkretisieren von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen sowie Umsetzen geeigneter technischer Lösungen
  • Abstimmen von Schnittstellen, Datenflüssen und technischen Lösungsansätzen mit der IT und weiteren Beteiligten

Dein Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Systemtechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Prozessdigitalisierung, Automatisierung, mit Business Applications oder in der Systemintegration
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Workflow-Automatisierung, Anwendungskonfiguration oder Schnittstellen; Kenntnisse in APIs von Vorteil
  • Breites technisches Verständnis, ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig fachliche Anforderungen in pragmatische technische Lösungen zu übersetzen
  • Erfahrung in einem technologiegetriebenen oder industriellen Umfeld von Vorteil; Kenntnisse im regulierten Umfeld sind ein Plus
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau und Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau
