Als Head of IT Platform Services gestaltest du die globale IT-Infrastruktur und prägst die technologische Ausrichtung eines international tätigen Unternehmens. Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die IT- und OT-Plattformservices und führst eine Abteilung mit insgesamt 28 Mitarbeitenden und drei Direct Reports. Gemeinsam mit deinem Leitungsteam gestaltest du die strategische und operative Ausrichtung der Bereiche Digital Workplace, Network & Security sowie Infrastructure. Du entwickelst die Organisation weiter, stärkst die Cybersecurity und setzt Impulse für Automatisierung und AI. Dabei verbindest du technisches Verständnis mit strategischem Weitblick und gestaltest eine leistungsfähige IT, die den Anforderungen des Unternehmens und seiner internationalen Standorte gerecht wird.

Deine Hauptaufgaben ###

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den sicheren, stabilen und leistungsfähigen Betrieb sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der globalen IT- und OT-Plattformservices
  • Führung der Bereiche Digital Workplace, Network & Security sowie Infrastructure mit insgesamt 28 Mitarbeitenden und drei Direct Reports sowie fachliche Führung weiterer Teams an den internationalen Standorten in Deutschland, China und den USA
  • Strategische Ausrichtung der globalen IT sowie Gestaltung der Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Architektur in Abstimmung mit dem Leitungsteam und den geschäftlichen Anforderungen
  • Steuerung strategischer Initiativen in den Bereichen Cybersecurity, Automatisierung und AI
  • Steuerung und strategische Weiterentwicklung der Technologiepartner und Dienstleister unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Sicherheit, Risiken und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Gestaltung einer modernen, agilen und serviceorientierten IT-Organisation sowie Förderung und Entwicklung von Führungskräften und Talenten

Dein Profil ###

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung in einer internationalen IT-Organisation mit strategischer und operativer Verantwortung
  • Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung; zusätzliche Aus- oder Weiterbildungen im Bereich Leadership sind von Vorteil
  • Breites Verständnis moderner IT- und OT-Infrastrukturen, Cloud-Architekturen und Cybersecurity sowie die Fähigkeit, technologische Zusammenhänge einzuordnen und fundierte strategische Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Ausgeprägte Kompetenz in der Führung und Entwicklung internationaler Teams sowie in der Gestaltung organisatorischer Veränderungen, idealerweise in einem komplexen Produktionsumfeld
  • Beruflicher Hintergrund in einem technologie- oder produktionsnahen Umfeld, vorzugsweise in der MedTech, Pharma- oder Automobilindustrie oder einer vergleichbar regulierten Branche
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Führungs- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenzen
