Als Project Manager Innovation übernimmst du die Gesamtleitung interdisziplinärer Innovationsprojekte für mechanische und elektromechanische Injektionsgeräte von der Ideenfindung bis zum Proof of Concept. Dabei koordinierst du unterschiedliche Fachbereiche, verantwortest die Planung und Budgetierung und behältst Ziele, Termine und Ressourcen im Blick. Mit deiner pragmatischen Arbeitsweise und deinem Projektmanagement-Know-how gestaltest du die Projektsteuerung effizient und unterstützt andere Projektleitende mit deiner Erfahrung.

Deine Hauptaufgaben ###

  • Planen, budgetieren und leiten interdisziplinärer Innovationsprojekte mit Verantwortung für Projektziele, Termine, Ressourcen und Kosten
  • Ganzheitliches Steuern der Projekte unter Berücksichtigung von Desirability, Feasibility und Viability
  • Koordinieren interner und externer Projektmitarbeitender aus den Bereichen Engineering, Human Factors, Marketing, Industrialisierung, Regulatory Affairs, Risk und Patents
  • Identifizieren, bewerten und priorisieren von Projektrisiken und Aufgaben sowie Einleiten geeigneter Massnahmen
  • Abstimmen von Projektzielen, Fortschritten und anstehenden Entscheidungen mit relevanten Stakeholdern bis hin zum Senior Management
  • Fachliches Unterstützen von Ingenieurinnen, Ingenieuren und Projektleitenden bei der Planung und Steuerung ihrer Projekte als Ansprechperson und Sparringpartner
  • Optimieren von Planungsgrundlagen, Projektplänen und Budgetierungsprozessen sowie Weiterentwickeln effizienter Standards und Best Practices für die Projektleitung

Dein Profil ###

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Planung und Leitung von Projekten in der Produktentwicklung, vorzugsweise in der Front-End Innovation und im Bereich Medizintechnik
  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium an einer FH, ETH oder TU oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Starkes Verständnis für komplexe, interdisziplinäre Projektumgebungen sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Eigeninitiative
  • Pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld klare Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Freude daran, andere Projektleitende fachlich zu unterstützen und die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zu gestalten
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau und Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau
