Deine Hauptaufgaben ###

  • Festlegen von Wareneingangs-, IPC- und Endprüfungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Technology und Produktion
  • Definieren von Messverfahren und Prüfmerkmalen sowie Abstimmung der Anforderungen mit den angrenzenden Fachbereichen
  • Analysieren, Entwickeln und Spezifizieren von Prüf- und Messprozessen
  • Erstellen von Prüfplänen mittels CAQ- und SAP-Systemen sowie Ausarbeiten von Lastenheften und Beurteilen von Pflichtenheften für Prüf- und Messmittel
  • Festlegen der Methoden zur Messsystemanalyse, Qualifizieren von Prüfmitteln und Erteilen der finalen Freigabe
  • Fachliche Ansprechperson für Prüf- und Messprozesse innerhalb von Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Entwickeln und Implementieren von eigenständigen Prüfmethoden in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Anbietern

Dein Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in Projekt- oder Produktpflegeteams im Qualitätswesen, idealerweise ergänzt durch Weiterbildungen in QA / QC oder Messtechnik, ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Prozessen und Testkonzepten
  • Interesse daran, Know-how zur Weiterentwicklung von Prüfprozessen aufzubauen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) sowie Englischkenntnisse (B1) in Wort und Schrift
