Buscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) de IA Sênior para integrar nosso time de Dados & IA, alocado(a) em um cliente de grande porte. A pessoa vai sustentar e evoluir soluções de IA generativa em produção: assistentes com arquitetura RAG, bots em Copilot Studio e agentes construídos no ecossistema Google Cloud. Também vai participar da entrada em produção de uma nova aplicação multiagente.

Projeto com duração inicial de 6 meses, com possibilidade de extensão.

🎯 Principais responsabilidades:

Sustentar e otimizar assistentes baseados em RAG, monitorando a qualidade e a assertividade das respostas, atualizando a base de conhecimento e fazendo o tuning do pipeline; Manter e evoluir bots em Microsoft Copilot Studio e Power Platform (tópicos, fluxos, prompts e integrações); Dar suporte avançado (N2/N3) a agentes em Google ADK, Vertex AI Agent Engine e Gemini, incluindo filas, orquestração e modelos; Conduzir a passagem de bastão (handover) de uma aplicação de agentes do time de desenvolvimento para a operação; Tratar incidentes, monitorar a estabilidade das soluções e propor melhorias contínuas; Revisar guardrails e mitigar alucinações, garantindo aderência à segurança da informação e à LGPD; Documentar runbooks e procedimentos, além de reportar indicadores e recomendações.

🧩 O que esperamos de você:

Experiência com IA generativa e LLMs em produção, incluindo RAG (embeddings, bancos vetoriais, chunking e avaliação de respostas) e engenharia de prompts; Vivência com Google Cloud: Google ADK, Vertex AI Agent Engine e Gemini; Experiência com Microsoft Copilot Studio e Power Platform (Power Automate, conectores); Conhecimento em Python, APIs REST, filas e mensageria; Noções de front-end e back-end (React/Node) para apoiar aplicações; Experiência com observabilidade e monitoramento de aplicações de IA; Boa comunicação e autonomia para atuar diretamente com o cliente.

Conhecimento em Databricks, incluindo o Genie (AI/BI); Certificações Google Cloud, Microsoft (Power Platform/Copilot) ou Databricks; Experiência anterior em sustentação ou operação (ITSM, gestão de incidentes).
