The posting

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Foot Reflexologist to provide professional foot reflexology and wellness treatments. The ideal candidate should possess good technique, a strong service attitude, and the ability to create a relaxing and comfortable experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform professional foot reflexology treatments using proper pressure point techniques
  • Provide basic body massage treatments when required
  • Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments or wellness packages
  • Ensure customer comfort, satisfaction, and professionalism throughout the session
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, towels, and equipment
  • Prepare foot baths, oils, and treatment materials before each session
  • Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and service protocols
  • Promote and upsell packages, memberships, and services when appropriate
  • Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits

Requirements

  • Certification in Foot Reflexology or Massage Therapy preferred
  • Prior experience in reflexology, massage, or wellness industry is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of foot pressure points and reflexology techniques
  • Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
  • Physically fit and able to stand or perform treatments for extended hours
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and team player
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
