Als Haustechniker / Maintenance Technician (m/w/d) bist du direkt vor Ort, kennst dein Gebäude und bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unser Team und unsere Studierenden.

Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, packst praktisch mit an und findest Lösungen, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert? Dann passt die Position gut zu dir.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Kontrolle der technischen Anlagen im Gebäude
  • Erkennen, Analysieren und Beheben technischer Störungen
  • Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen und Instandsetzungen in Apartments und Gemeinschaftsbereichen
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Betreiberpflichten, Arbeitssicherheit und Brandschutz
  • Begleitung und Koordination externer Fachfirmen bei Wartungen, Reparaturen und Sachverständigenprüfungen
  • Regelmäßige Kontrolle des Gebäudezustands und Meldung notwendiger Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Wohnungsabnahmen und technischen Kontrollen bei Ein- und Auszügen
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Projekten und kleineren Umbaumaßnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Residence Manager und dem Facility-Management-Team
  • Teilnahme am technischen Bereitschaftsdienst außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten

Requirements

Das bringst du mit

Idealerweise hast du eine technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung, zum Beispiel im Bereich Elektro, SHK, Gebäudetechnik, Mechatronik oder in einem vergleichbaren Gewerk.

Noch wichtiger ist uns aber, dass du technisch interessiert bist, Probleme selbstständig angehst und zuverlässig arbeitest.

Außerdem solltest du:

  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mitbringen
  • grundlegende Englischkenntnisse haben oder bereit sein, diese im Arbeitsalltag einzusetzen
  • handwerklich geschickt und technisch interessiert sein
  • selbstständig und lösungsorientiert arbeiten
  • gerne im Team arbeiten
  • freundlich und professionell mit Studierenden, Kollegen und Dienstleistern umgehen
  • zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst sein
