  • Du er en udadvendt og kommunikativ person med flair for relationsopbygning og forretningsudvikling.
  • Du har indgående kendskab til markedet og er godt forankret i branchen, for i denne rolle får du en central position med ansvar for etableringen af vores nye afdeling i København.
  • Du vil stå for opsøgende salgsarbejde og projektanskaffelse, lede gennemførelsen af funderingsprojekter samt opbygge og udvide det lokale team gennem aktiv rekruttering og netværksarbejde.

Dine Primære Arbejdsopgaver Vil Derudover Være

  • Lede og koordinere produktionen på funderingsprojekter
  • Sikre en effektiv og projektnær bemanding samt overholdelse af tidsplaner, budgetter og kvalitetskrav
  • Indgå i tæt samarbejde med kunder og samarbejdspartnere
  • Understøtte samarbejdet på tværs af afdelingerne i ZÜBLIN A/S, med funderingsafdeling i Tyskland samt med resten af STRABAG-koncernen
  • Være budget- og markedsansvarlig

Dine kvalifikationer

  • En relevant teknisk uddannelse, fx som ingeniør, konstruktør eller lignende
  • Minimum 5-8 års solid erfaring fra branchen, gerne med udførelse af større funderingsprojekter.
  • Du kommunikerer godt og tydeligt , og skaber gode relationer hos både medarbejder og samarbejdspartner.
  • Du arbejder målrettet og selvstændigt og kan dokumentere både ledelseserfaring og evnen til at skabe resultater gennem stærk gennemslagskraft.
  • Du er engageret og tænker helhedsorienteret med blik for både mennesker, kvalitet, sikkerhed og fremdrift.
  • Du har stærke planlægnings- og organiseringsevner, gode samarbejdskompetencer, en professionel fremtoning samt evnen til at tænke og handle forretningsmæssigt.
  • Du behersker dansk og engelsk flydende, både mundtligt og skriftligt. Kendskab til tysk er en fordel.
