Willkommen im DevOps Team CHAI der Zürcher Kantonalbank. Wir sind ein dynamisches und innovatives Team, das mit Leidenschaft an der Entwicklung und dem Betrieb einer modernen GenAI-Plattform arbeitet und für unterschiedliche Fachbereiche vielfältige AI Use Cases umsetzt. Unsere Mission ist es, mit OpenAI- und Azure-AI-Services zukunftsweisende Lösungen zu schaffen, welche die IT-Entwicklung und den IT-Betrieb weiterbringen und unsere Bankdienstleistungen optimieren. Gemeinsam begleiten und implementieren wir spannende AI Use Cases und tragen so zur digitalen Transformation der Bank bei. Wenn du Freude daran hast, in einem agilen Umfeld robuste GenAI-Lösungen zu entwickeln, skalierbare Datenpipelines zu bauen und AI Use Cases gemeinsam mit Cloud Engineers, Business Engineers und Data Scientists von der Idee bis in den stabilen Produktionsbetrieb zu bringen, bist du bei uns richtig.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwickeln, implementieren und evaluieren von robusten, produktionsreifen GenAI-Lösungen, insbesondere Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), unter Anwendung moderner AI-Technologien und bewährter Software-Engineering-Praktiken
  • Erstellen, bereitstellen und warten von skalierbaren Datenpipelines und Schnittstellen zur Unterstützung von GenAI-Anwendungen, Inferenz und Echtzeit-Integration in Unternehmenssysteme
  • Konzipieren und umsetzen von neuen Anforderungen für AI Use Cases (z. B. RAG, Patterns, Self-Service) sowie deren laufende Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung
  • Zusammenarbeiten mit Cloud Engineers, Business Engineers, Data Scientists, anderen DevOps-Teams und Ansprechpersonen aus den Fachbereichen, um Prototypen in betriebsfähige Lösungen zu überführen
  • Überwachen und optimieren des Einsatzes von GenAI-Lösungen in Produktionsumgebungen, um Zuverlässigkeit, Skalierbarkeit und die Ausrichtung an Geschäftszielen sicherzustellen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung von AI- oder Softwarelösungen, idealerweise mit Fokus auf GenAI-Anwendungen
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis von GenAI-Technologien, insbesondere Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), sowie Erfahrung in Prompt- und Context-Engineering
  • Vertrautheit mit Frameworks und Werkzeugen wie LangFuse, LangChain und anderen relevanten Technologien
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Cloud-Plattformen, idealerweise auf Azure-Basis, sowie in Services wie App Service, Container Apps, Azure AI Foundry und Azure AI Search oder vergleichbaren Angeboten
  • Solide Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines, der Schnittstellen-Entwicklung zur Integration von Modellen sowie mit LLM-Tracing, LLMOps und Evaluations
  • Fundierte Programmierkenntnisse in Python sowie in Skriptsprachen wie Bash oder PowerShell; Erfahrung mit Java, Spring und SpringAI ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Test-Automatisierung, automatischen Deployments und iterativer Validierung von GenAI-Lösungen
