In unserem Bereich Payments Operations begleitest du bankinterne sowie nationale und internationale Zahlungsverkehrsinitiativen. Du trägst dazu bei, dass der Finanzplatz Schweiz und damit auch die Zürcher Kantonalbank heute und in Zukunft eine verlässliche Partnerin im Zahlungsverkehr ist und bleibt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analysieren, Erstellen, Begleiten und Testen von Anforderungen für Vorhaben im Zahlungsverkehr in der Abwicklungsapplikation Finnova
  • Mitverantwortung des fachlichen Betriebs der Applikationen inklusive Störfall-Management
  • Erstellen von Datenbankauswertungen sowie Analysieren von Optimierungspotenzialen, zum Beispiel bei Prozessen und STP-Raten
  • Unterstützen des Fachbetriebs und Vertriebs bei fachlichen Fragestellungen und Problemfällen
  • Zusammenarbeiten mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern wie Produktmanagement, Fachstellen, externen Lieferanten, IT-Architektur und Entwicklung

Dein Profil

  • Hoch- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Banking & Finance, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Business Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung als Business Engineer, idealerweise im Zahlungsverkehr
  • Kenntnisse in agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden, zum Beispiel Scrum oder SAFe
  • Affinität zu technischen und abstrakten Themen wie Big Data oder Applikationsschnittstellen
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln prägen dich
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
